Is there an event or time when you realized your future might be in art or design?

I think being a photographer has always been on the back of my mind since childhood. Similar to how most kids want to be firefighters or army men. Photography as a profession was introduced to me by spiderman comics and tv shows of all things. If I try to think back to when it started I would say when I was a freshman in high school. I was always playing with my aunt's DSLR and would be the Unofficial vacation photographer. Their praise of my photos got me interested in taking photography classes in high school. In time I was one of the best photographers of my class and it was that point I was happy that I knew this would be what I'm doing for the rest of my life.
